| Rally Ends Noon Sunday! |
|
The rally officially ends at noon on Sunday.
Sunday morning would be a good time to pick up some last-minute official ROT merchandise in the
vendor mall (open on Sunday from 8am to 2pm). The ROT Rally officially closes at 2pm on Sunday afternoon. All campers must be prepared to break camp and vamoose no later than 3pm.

Now you can see their artistic creations and meet them live at ROT Rally’s Thunder Dome! We are proud to bring you ROT Rally’s 2009 Celebrity Master Builders which include: Paul Yaffee, Jeff Nicklus, Rick Fairless, Joe Martin, Jaxon Fayffe, Troy Nicholson and Craig Whitford. Being at the high respected level that they have achieved has also given them the privilege to judge one of this country’s best Master Builder competition, The Big Texas Chop-Off of Champions!

What is The Big Texas Chop-Off?
The Big Texas Chop-Off™ is a one of a kind Invitational Master Builders Show and Competition. Each builder is hand selected to compete in this event from all over the US. Besides the prize money, the main purpose of the “Chop-Off” is to find and promote the up and coming builders and/or builders that have not yet received the notoriety that they deserve given their talents for custom building motorcycles. Republic of Texas Biker Rally has consistently been bringing in amazing talent to compete in this annual event. Some of the past winning bikes and their builders have made covers of national publications, won many other “bike shows,” toured all over Europe, and have been featured in countless media publications.
What is the Chop-Off of Champions?
The 2009 Chop-Off of Champions is exclusively for the top placers from the 2004 – 2008 Big Texas Chop-Off events, making this a Master Builder’s competition! ROT Rally attendees will get to see bikes that with no doubt will be featured in many top industry publications to come! It is truly “The Best of The Best”!

Central Texas premier Mixed Martial Arts and ROT Rally has joined forces for the 2nd Annual ROT Rally XFC Fight Night. This intense jaw-dropping event kicks off the fights with ten professional MMA fights including a Title Fight and a Super Fight. There will also be national MMA celebrity appearances. This event will take place in the Thunderdome on Saturday, June 13th. Doors open at 3:00 p.m., event begins at 4:00 p.m. The ROT Rally wrist band and fight ticket is required for entrance to the fights.

ROT Rally and the Micro Wrestling Federation (MWF) proudly presents: “The Greatest Little Show on Earth, MIDGET WRESTLING!” The MWF kicks off the event with three explosive undercard matches before the main event, “Battle Royal!” The line up of the undercards included: 2 single midget wrestling matches, “Kiss the midget for a prize,” and the first time ever female on female midget match known as the, “Micro Divas!” Following the undercards is the main event, “Battle Royal,” where all of the Micro Wrestlers are in the ring at one time and only one will leave victorious! The MWF Wrestlers are half the size and twice the energy making this a must see ROT Rally attraction, located in the Thunderdome on Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoon!

Her hair trigger mind and a caustic wit will destroy any preconceived notion of what a female comedian should be talking about. Baglady Sue has proven herself as a major talent beloved to bikers across the nation and will guarantee to have you on your knees with laughter.

Gear up for the 15th Annual ROT Motorcycle Parade held on Friday, June 12th, 2009! In 2006, the Guinness Book of World Records certified the ROT Parade as the "Longest Parade of Motorcycles Known to Mankind." The 11-mile Parade is escorted by Austin Police Department and stages at 7:00 PM and leaves promptly at 7:30 PM from the Rally grounds. The Parade ends at the capitol building on Congress Avenue where thousands of spectators await your arrival for the ROT Congress Party. Thanks to the APD, the entire trip only takes 30 minutes. They efficiently close off side streets and control intersections, ensuring a safe and speedy trip to the downtown biker party. The 2009 ROT Parade is going to be bigger and better then ever - so saddle up and come ride in the Worlds

Buda and his expert panel of judges are "calling all Bikers" to participate in the 2009 Biker Games by Buda! These games consist of motorcycle field games involving riding skills of both pilot and passenger - mixed with some fun! Biker Games by Buda, is located in the covered vendor mall on Saturday and begin at high noon. The manifest includes: Slow Race, Fuzzy Ball Race, Weenie Bite, Hi Honey I'm home, Keg Push and the Panty Race. The winners of each event walk away with a guaranteed good time and a trophy in their hands!

The 2009 Republic Of Texas Biker Rally arrives in Austin, Texas from June 11Th – 14Th celebrating the 15th Annual. Over 200,000 people pack the downtown streets of Austin during Friday Night of the ROT Rally to party biker style. This is the largest biker party you will ever see in a downtown district of any city and it simply cannot be missed! We'll party in style in plain view of the capitol and 6th Street. Congress Avenue will literally be shut down for biker parking only. The Rally Committee is excited to present a FREE concert featuring headliner bands that will surely be a highlight of the 2009 ROT Rally.

No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem…all is welcome out at the ROT Bars. We have 4 featured bars (Skyline Bar, Paradise Bar, Cowboy Bar and Drive-through Beer Bar) out at the rally grounds that are available for your convenience and overall great time!
The Skyline Bar (located in the Thunderdome) is the only air conditioned bar at the rally. Come chill out at the Skyline Bar while sipping on a cocktail of your choice. The Skyline bar has a full bar for your enjoyment. Rumor has it that celebrities will be throwing back a few cold ones at the Paradise bar, so don’t miss your chance for a star sighting.
The Paradise Bar gives ROT bikers a walk on the wild side, ROT style! The Paradise bar is located along the parade route near gate #3 where all the Breezy Riders hangout and party all night long to the rocking live music. The Paradise Bar is a tropical get away and a perfect place to cool off in the shade, crack open a cold beer and be fully entertained by comedian Bag Lady Sue and enjoy the fine tunes of jamming live bands all night long!
The Cowboy Bar is ROT central hub for FREE WiFi and is a perfect spot to kick your boots up and take a load off while chilling out to the greatest Texas music. This bar is stock full with ice cold beer and is located in the covered vendor mall.shade, beer, music, internet, shopping what more could you ask for! Oh, did we mention the bikinis? There's a reason the men out number the women at ROT. Come belly up to the Cowboy Bar this year, we'll save you a seat! Ladies: sexy cowboy hats a plus, boots optional!
Drive Thru Beer Barn, need I say more...we have got you covered. The Beer Barn is an on-site drive thru convenience store providing you with every essential that you may need during your stay. Ice, cigs, cameras, condoms, beer...we have it all! The Beer Barn is conveniently located across from the Paradise Bar.
The best of the best entertainment will be out at The ROT Bars: bands,
comedy shows, dancers, wet tee shirt contests!. Do I need to say more? Ok, see you there!

Military Bike Give-Away |

The Military Bike Give-Away is back with a bang, continuing this three year tradition, ROT has raised the bar again and is giving away a custom limited edition Evel Kievel Softtail Bobber motorcycle, signed by Evel Knievel. If you pre-register online and have served in the military you have just doubled your chances to win not one but two of the Knievel Cycles. ROT is giving away two Kievel Motorcycles Saturday night on stage at the concert. One lucky pre-register biker will win an Evel Knievel Chopper in addition to the traditional Military Bike Give-Away. These are no ordinary custom motorcycles; they are two consecutive serial numbers of a limited production run of ten bikes that carry the signature of the late Evel Knievel himself.
Guidelines for Entries:
- Must have served in the military
- All services and branches of the military eligible
- All entries accepted on-site and must be present to WIN
- Must present an active duty military ID, retired military card, or s/n number
- Can also enter by presenting membership card to VFW or American Legion

There are 18 classes geared towards all styles of bikes and builds: Harley, Metric, American Cruisers, Victory, Iron Horse, Ultra, European, Touring, side cars, rats, antique, motor scooter, sports and many more.
