Once again, the ROT Rally vendor spaces were sold out for 2008. If you did not get in, send an email thru contact us to be added to the mailing for the 2009 ROT Rally. Please list your complete mailing address along with a brief description of your company and products; we will be happy to put you on our contact list for next year's vendor info as soon as it becomes available around the end of this year. |

Being a Vendor at the biggest biker rally in Texas provides face-to-face exposure to tens of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts. Our vendors enjoy the benefits of a well organized, entertaining, and popular event. Most of our vendors return to the ROT Rally year after year. We fully expect to sell out all of our vendor space for the ninth consecutive year in 2009. |

| BUSINESSES THAT ARE ELIGIBLE TO BECOME VENDORS |

Most types of businesses are eligible to become a vendor at our motorcycle event. There are a few exceptions. We can not allow the sale of tobacco products, any food or beverages, firearms (but knives are okay), or any material deemed offensive or inappropriate by the promoters of the rally or the management of the Travis County Expo Center. | RALLY LOGO/NAME/ARTWORK LICENSING

Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties (clothing, pins, patches etc.). Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Any products or services rejected by Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. must be immediately removed from the event premises and may be removed by Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. if this does not occur. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use of date, event name, trademarks, etc.) or which has this effect will not be permitted. No signage may be displayed in Exhibitor space reading “Official Rally Merchandise”, “Rally Merchandise”, “Rally Tees”, “Event Tees”, “Event Merchandise” or any similar language advertising the sale of event merchandise. |
