| VENDOR AREAS |

As of April 20, 2009 we have a variety of Vendor spaces available to meet all types of needs. R.O.T. can accommodate from a small 10 x 10 space under the Cool Zone Tent to the large 18-Wheelers in the Outdoor Vendor Mall. The Outdoor Vendor Mall has a variety of spaces that can accommodate any size or dimension display. Most outdoor spaces are on grassy areas that are irregular sizes and shapes. The big trucks are in a specially designated asphalt parking area. We also have an open air Covered Vendor Mall that covers about four acres and has uniform 20 x 10 spaces. The Thunder Dome is the ideal indoor location to showcase motorcycle related products. All the pricing information is in the PDF at the bottom of this page.
"The Cool Zone” New for 2009 is the Cool Zone Tent. This is the new place for the attendees to gather and cool off. Port-A-Cool’s environmentally friendly evaporative cooling units cool the open sided marquee tent. The vendor booths around the Cool Zone gathering area are divided into 10' x 10' spaces (100 sq. ft.). Be the first to claim the 10' x 10' vendor spaces under the tent!

| BUSINESSES THAT ARE ELIGIBLE TO BECOME VENDORS |

Most types of businesses are eligible to become a vendor at our motorcycle event. There are a few exceptions. We can not allow the sale of tobacco, food or beverages, firearms, or any material deemed inappropriate by the promoters of the rally or the management of the Travis County Expo Center. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, feel free to use our contact page and we’ll be happy to answer your questions. |

| NO FOOD or BEVERGE VENDORS ALLOWED |

The ROT Rally organization cannot bring in any outside food and beverage or tobacco vendors to the Travis County Expo Center. G&M Catering has the exclusive for all food, beverage, ice and tobacco sales at the Expo Center. |

| RALLY LOGO/NAME/ARTWORK LICENSING

Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties (clothing, pins, patches etc.). Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use of date, event name, trademarks, type styles, logo etc.) or which has this effect will not be permitted. No signage may be displayed in Exhibitor space reading “Official Rally Merchandise,” “Rally Merchandise,” “Rally Tees,” “Event Tees,” “Event Merchandise” or any similar language advertising the sale of event merchandise. |
