| VENDOR AREAS |

ROT has a variety of Vendor spaces available to meet all types of needs. We can accommodate from a small 10 x 10 space under the Cool Zone Tent to the large 18-Wheelers in the Outdoor Vendor Mall. The Outdoor Vendor Mall has spaces that can accommodate any size or dimension display. Most outdoor spaces are on grassy areas that are irregular sizes and shapes. The big trucks are in a specially designated asphalt parking area. We also have an open air Covered Vendor Mall that covers about four acres and has uniform 20 x 10 spaces. The Air Conditioned Exhibit Hall is full of vendors with all type of products and the Thunder Dome is the ideal indoor location to highlight motorcycle related products.
"The Cool Zone” New in 2009 was the Cool Zone Tent. This is the new place for the attendees to gather and cool off with food and beverages for sale. Port-A-Cool’s environmentally friendly evaporative cooling units cool the open sided marquee tent.

| BUSINESSES THAT ARE ELIGIBLE TO BECOME VENDORS |

Most types of businesses are eligible to become a vendor at our motorcycle event. There are a few exceptions. We can not allow the sale of tobacco, food or beverages, firearms, or any material deemed inappropriate by the promoters of the rally or the management of the Travis County Expo Center. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, feel free to use our contact page and we’ll be happy to answer your questions. |

| NO FOOD or BEVERGE VENDORS ALLOWED |

The ROT Rally organization cannot bring in any outside food and beverage or tobacco vendors to the Travis County Expo Center. G&M Catering has the exclusive for all food, beverage, ice and tobacco sales at the Expo Center. |

Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties (clothing, pins, patches etc.). Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use of date, event name, trademarks, type styles, logo etc.) or which has this effect will not be permitted. No signage may be displayed in Exhibitor space reading “Official Rally Merchandise,” “Rally Merchandise,” “Rally Tees,” “Event Tees,” “Event Merchandise” or any similar language advertising the sale of event merchandise. |

Vendor Signups have begun and the vendor information packets are in the mail. If you did not receive a packet, you can click on Download 2010 Vendor Application below and print the Important Information for Vendors, which includes the application, or you can go to the contact us page and email your complete mailing address along with a brief description of your company and products. We will be happy to add you to our contact list.
