No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes open to residents of Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Iowa, Louisiana, and Nebraska who are 21 years of age or older. Sweepstakes begins April 15, 2009 and ends June 14, 2009. Void where prohibited. 1. To enter click on www.rotrally.com and look for the BUDWEISER sweepstakes giveaway. 2. Fill in the blanks on electronic submission form and press submit to enter. 3. Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 22, 2009. 4. Sweepstakes winner will be posted on www.rotrally.com on or about June 29, 2009. 5. Republic of Texas Biker Rally owners maintain final decisions in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. 6. Winner will take delivery as is from Austin Texas. 7. R.O.T. offers no personal warranty, expressed or implied. 8. Factory warranty provided by Knievel Customs will be transferred to the winner. 9. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes including tax, title and license, inspection and registration fees. 10. Federal income tax may be due as a result of winning, if so; it is responsibility of the winner. 11. Knieval Cycles will provide winner with “Manufacturers Certificate of Origin” 12. In the event winner is disqualified, R.O.T. will announce runner up winner. 13. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information and/or likeness purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media. 14. Proof of eligibility age, valid drivers license, and insurance must be provided. 15. Employees and the immediate families of employees of R.O.T. and Anheuser-Busch, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, volunteers, wholesale distributors, and individual retail licensees are ineligible. 16. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state, and local regulations. Approximate Retail Value $30,000. R.O.T. neither warrants nor represents that the prize can be sold or traded for the stated value. 17. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold R.O.T., it’s owners and all affiliates related to harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.
