| VENDOR AREAS |

We have a variety of Vendor spaces on the Rally grounds to meet all types of needs. R.O.T. can accommodate from a small 10 x 10 space in the Air Conditioned Exhibit Hall to the large 18-Wheelers in the Outdoor Vendor Mall. The 20,000 square-foot Air Conditioned Exhibit Hall is sold out. The Outdoor Vendor Mall has a variety of spaces that can accommodate any size or dimension display. Most outdoor spaces are on grassy areas that are irregular sizes and shapes. The big trucks are in a specially designated asphalt parking area. We also have an open air Covered Vendor Mall that covers about four acres and has uniform 20 x 10 spaces. The Thunder Dome is the ideal indoor location to showcase motorcycle related products. |

| BUSINESSES THAT ARE ELIGIBLE TO BECOME VENDORS |

Most types of businesses that cater to the biker crowd are eligible to become a vendor at our motorcycle event. There are some exceptions. We cannot allow the sale or give away of tobacco products, food, beverages, firearms (but knives are okay), or any material deemed offensive or inappropriate by the promoters of the rally or the management of the Travis County Expo Center. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, feel free to use our contact us page and we will be happy to answer your questions. |

| FOOD & BEVERGE VENDORS |

The ROT Rally organization cannot bring in any outside food and beverage vendors to the Travis County Expo Center. G&M Catering has the exclusive for all food, beverage, ice and tobacco sales at the Expo Center. |

| VENDOR SIGN-UPS FOR 2008 |

Once again, the ROT Rally vendor spaces are sold out for 2008. If you did not get in this year, send an email thru contact us to be added to the mailing for the 2009 ROT Rally. Please list your complete mailing address along with a brief description of your company and products; we will be happy to put you on our contact list for next year's vendor info as soon as it becomes available around the end of this year.

| RALLY LOGO/NAME/ARTWORK LICENSING

Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. has the exclusive right to display, license, sell and merchandise all event novelties (clothing, pins, patches etc.). Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. further has the right to inspect, approve, reject or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Any products or services rejected by Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. must be immediately removed from the event premises and may be removed by Republic Of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. if this does not occur. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use of date, event name, trademarks, etc.) or which has this effect will not be permitted. No signage may be displayed in Exhibitor space reading “Official Rally Merchandise”, “Rally Merchandise”, “Rally Tees”, “Event Tees”, “Event Merchandise” or any similar language advertising the sale of event merchandise. |
