Quick Start Guide to the New Site

Thanks for stopping by our website. To get a quick start, see the bullet points below.

To enjoy the site to its fullest, you should join our community. If you have purchased any tickets, RV spaces or merchandise on our old site, you already have an account; your email address and password that you used to log into the old site has been transferred over to this site. If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We suggest that that once you log in, you should change your user name to something other than your email address. That will help keep spam out of your inbox.

  • You can view any area of the site without signing in as member, but to purchase tickets or join forums you must first sign in as a member.  It is simple and only takes 60 seconds.
  • Member login in the upper left corner of your screen.
  • After logging in, you’ll see “My Dashboard” directly below the header on the left of the screen.
  • Select “Go To My Account Page”
  • Change or add to your user profile information. You can change your username, email address, password, etc here.
  • If you are a Facebook user, this is just like your Facebook wall. You can edit your profile information under ”Profile”, view your ROT orders under “Orders”, make posts to your page and let your “Friends” comment on your posts. You can also become a member of various Forum groups.
  • In the upper right of the screen you’ll see “Who’s Online?” Find your friends and send them a friend request, share pages and links with them. Share your pictures, etc.
  • Please remember that there is NOTHING private on the web and that anyone of ANY age can view our site. Please keep your comments and photo’s appropriate and viewable by any one of any age.  We or other users reserve the right to delete any photo or post that we feel is inappropriate.
  • Bookmark the site or set it as your home page and come back often to see what is new

When the new web sight first came out all of us had the same problem.  We gave our info (prefered user name) to Spirit and she got them to fix it.  Thought they would have fixed this problem by now.  E-mail IT at ROT and they will fix it for you.

All tickets or orders are available to view online. To view your ROT Rally orders just follow these simple instructions.

1. Log in at www.rotrally.com
2. Go to your account page
3. Click the "orders" tab located in the navigation bar for your account.
4. Locate your order and click on the "View Details" hyperlink associated with your order.
5. If it is for a ticket you can print the ticket by going to the bottom of the details page you will find a "Print Ticket" hyperlink. Click the hyperlink to download a .pdf version of your ticket. Print this document and any other tickets in the order! NOTE: Only the first copy of the ticket presented at the rally will be honored.

If you do not see your order and did not get an order confirmation email then the order did not successfully complete.  Try again or send an email for support.
