I hereby give up all my rights to sue or make any claim for for damages due to negligence or any other reason whatsoever against the American Motorcyclist Association and its district organizations, the promoters, sponsors and all other persons, participants, or organizations conducting or connected with this event for injury to property or person I may suffer, including crippling injury or death, while participating in the event and while upon event premises and, relying upon my own judgment and ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence.
This information is provided by Republic of Texas Biker Rally "as is" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including (but not limited to) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement. While the information provided is believed to be accurate, it may include errors or inaccuracies. All product descriptions and illustrations of dealer service equipment are provided by the manufacturers of the products. Accordingly, by using this information, you agree that Republic of Texas Biker Rally (including its subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees and insurers) are not liable for damages of any kind, including (but not limited to) consequential or special damages resulting from your use or access.
Republic of Texas Biker Rally, Inc. provides replacements or refunds for merchandise purchased on this website for any reason including damaged or incorrectly processed or shipped items. The determination of a replacement or refund is at the sole discretion of the R.O.T. Rally. Merchandise purchased by credit card will be refunded within 2 days for the amount of the item purchased plus sales tax if applicable to the purchase credit card. Processing, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
If you buy a ticket, it is yours to use or pass on to another, we will honor any valid ticket at the gate and the ticket holder is eligible and will receive all the same benefits as the original purchaser.
Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully read and agree to the following terms: There are NO REFUNDS, Credits or Exchanges.
No Refunds: The ROT Biker Rally is an all weather event and as such will honor any ticket purchased but will not offer refunds or any other form of credit to the purchaser. We will honor the ticket if presented at the gate for admission, free merchandise or any other services associated with a valid ticket will also be honored and must be picked up at the time the ticket is presented. Each ticket presented at the gate will be replaced with an event wristband. The ticket MUST be accompanied by a physical body on which to place the event wristband. No wristbands will be given out at the gate without ticket holder being physically present. An event staff member or volunteer must place the wristband on each attendee. Under no circumstances will we mail any merchandise associated with a ticket after the event.
Neither ROT Rally nor Direct Tickets will offer exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact Direct Tickets or R.O.T. Rally to seek a refund or exchange and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled, and R.O.T. Rally may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargeback’s have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
If other considerations such as “acts of God” or any governmental mandate requires that the event be cancelled, there will be no refunds or exchanges or any other consideration given to the purchaser.
Mail in ticket purchases and on line ticket purchases may include a charge for processing, handling and other fees associated with processing and none of these fees or the price of the ticket will be eligible for credit or refund. Tickets for mailing will be available after May 1st each year and you can expect to get your mailed tickets within a week of that date or 14 days after you make the request if after May 1st.
Tickets purchased on line can be 1) mailed to the purchaser via US mail or 2) printed from your computer’s printer. Since we allow the purchaser to reprint tickets of lost or stolen tickets and you have the ability to make multiple requests for printing the tickets we will honor only the first ticket to be presented at registration. The unique bar code printed on all tickets will allow only one ticket, the first ticket, to enter the event. The user agrees not to reproduce for sale, alter, or counterfeit the ticket for any reason, and assumes all financial liability for the copying of his unique, bar-coded ticket. Any subsequent ticket presented will be denied admittance. Each ticket whether it is a “hard” ticket mailed to you or a paper ticket you print from your computer, has a unique ticket number and bar code. The ticket number and bar code for the “hard” ticket is the same ticket number barcode that you can print from your computer. Either the “hard” ticket OR printed ticket may be used, but NOT both. Again, the first one thru registration gets admitted and next ticket thru will be denied access.
