I know you'll be skeptical but give this a chance.  The band we need at the ROT Rally is called Voodoo Blue and they're from Dallas.  This is bar none the best SRV tribute band any of you have ever heard!  Ask some of the bikers that rode in the  TBTTR a couple of weeks ago and heard them play at Gilley's.  I PROMISE you won't believe your ears when you hear these guys play.  Go to YouTube and search "VoodooBlueSRV" and check out a few videos.  And com'on... what better music to have at a rally in AUSTIN, Texas "capital city of Texas blues"!  This band would bring down the house at the rally!!  Go to www.voodooblue.net, come see one of their shows and hear for yourself.

kcirbluz is right. I've seen this band several times. They are great, sounds like SRV himself is there.

  Well I hope you are more successful than I was.  I said the same thing last year.  VooDoo Blue is awesome.   

  Keep on trying, one of these days they will listen to us.
