Its my understanding that there is and I heard through the grapevine Jesse James was going to be judging it.  I'll get more details posted in the next day or two.

if my bike is not quite street legal will i still be able to enter it in the contest. (no horn, no mirror, old plates 9-05) finished it not to long ago. i ride all the time just havent made it to the tax office yet to update my registration
