You just purchased something from the store, but did not receive an order confirmation. You checked your spam box and it is not there. The next thing to check is your account profile information. Check your “email notifications”. If you checked the don’t send me notifications, the web site will not send any notifications to you including order confirmations. So change it to send notifications to one of the other options like listed below.
Receive Emails:
If you want the ROT E-Newsletters, that option is with the Personal Information.
