1/3 oz Cream

1/3 oz Maple Syrup

That's awesome, Monster!  (But I'd hate the drink - I can't stand to even smell maple syrup - much less taste it!  I eat honey on my pancakes.)

I like a good Mai-Tai, myself. Joe's Crab Shack has one I could just live on (yeah, right....).

Another one I like is a margarita mix - the stuff ready to go in the bottle, you just add tequila - but use rum instead of tequila.

The more I've thought about that drink, the better it sounds.  I bet the whiskey would totally mask the maple smell and the syrup would make the drink thick, sweet and creamy.

If I had some whiskey, I'd have to try it.

A White Russian has Vodka, Coffee Liqueur and topped off with Creme.
