It happen over a year ago, but it messed up my back, other than that I'm fine. At the time I cracked 5 ribs, had to have surgery on my elbow, getting some feeling back in my ring and little finger :-) now if my back will heal I would be ok, but its not so Im just learning to live with the pain, I have good and bad days, but today seems to be a good day! Thanks for the concern:
Im just getting so excited about the trip! I know people dont want to rush May but heck its almost over so I say get over with it......is it June yet? LOL

Had back surgery in April. Replaced the disc at T-10 T-11 and fused the vertabrea. Had a lamenectomy (trimmed bulging disc at L-1 L-2 and L-2 L-3. So far I have had a lot of pain relief. Don't know if this helps but from my experience I wish I'd done it sooner.

I have two bulging disc and Degenerative disc disease. I've seen what my mom has gone through, and Im so scared to have the surgery the surgeon told me deal with the pain for now until you have problems with pain in your legs, I dont have pain in my legs for now, but I have woke up in the middle of a good sleep with my legs hurting. So it wont be much longer and I will have to do the surgery, just not ready to go there yet....I be scared!!!! LOL

I was scared of surgery too. I finally found a really good surgeon who is biker friendly. He did a great job. He is in Ft Worth.
