I would just like to get your opinions of the concerts if you attended any of them.

Went to se BS&T but they started so late and the singer was not the original singer so we went to the parade route. They did not start playing till 10:30 or later.

Brett Michaels was awesome.  Of course I could be bias because it brought back so many good memorys of high school.  But he did put on a great show.

The ampitheater redesign was great.  Still needs some smoothing out due to the rains, but the design is fantastic.  Thanks ROT.

The Gourds, well I dont know what to say about that.  They were good, but only played a few songs and then just quit.  They didnt even play Gin and Juice.  That was quite a dissapointment.  Lot of people not happy with that.

Well thats my 2 cents on things.

didn't make any of the concerts at main stage.....it has to be a band worth the effort to get there and get back to camp.  no one really suited my tastes this year.  just a personal choice.  bands at Paradise Bar were great, as always.  i got to see Guy Forsythe again, and i loved it.  i heard most of the bands at PB, as i do every year in the Shack Out Back behind the PB.  the only band that, imo, was horrible and couldn't wait for them to finish was Chicken Shift.  i wasn't the only one from the SOB looking forward to their show to ending.  i checked them out when i got home online just to see if they were having a bad show or what...  i do love the ongoing music at PB and that's one of the main reasons why i camp at the fence line.  i had a great time at ROT!  this was my 4th year. every year gets better and better and i'm looking forward to ROT 2011!

seen  Blue Oyster Cult and  it was not bad.

seen  Omar and the Howlers  before the  Blood Sweat and Tears took the stage and  they were great.

Blood Sweat and Tears,  over an hour late,  and by the 4th song,  half the people left,  by the 5th so did we.

did not attend Bret Michaels  on Saturday.   but  did see  Gallager he did a good show .

B.O.C. was good, it seemed the lead singer had to use a voice synthesizer because he couldn't stay on pitch and the memorial to the bass player DURING Godzilla was awful.

Gallagher was EXCELLENT! (he is getting old though....had way too many people doing the smashing for him)

Cheap Sunglasses (ZZTOP Cover band) ROCKED!!!!!!! Even when the guy lost his beard!!!!!!!

I know I heard more but can't remember clearly....................Thanks guys!!!!!!

Bret rocked but I knew he would. Didn't know what to expect from BST but wasn't impressed. I couldn't get over how small the guys seemed to be in BOC. Looked like a bunch of hobits. Don't really remember too much else from the concerts was pretty toasted by the time we made it to them. I think next year I'm not gonna drink as much......................buhawwww!!!! right

Well, we got to check out a few concerts and since you asked for

our opinions-  BS&T wasn't even worth going to. After 30 minutes,

we had enough and left. Went to PB Saturday afternoon and saw

some group (all girls, i think) they were very good and the

country act that followed was good too.

The concert that Bret did, made it all worth it. I didn't even

know who he was before ROT, but that guy is one excellent

performer. Considering what he's recently been through, he

was awesome. We always enjoy vallejo and i believe LA guns

were performing downtown on 6th.....They were pretty good too.
