Don't mean to sound all whiny and all, but is there even the REMOTEST possibility that the forum admins can tweak it to show the newest messages first? As more and more posts are made, it gets more and more tedious to click your way down to the last page to find them.

That was on the list of suggestions I provided to the IT guys. I haven't heard back if its a possiblity or not. If its not on the revision they install today (I'm not losing faith it will happen today) then I'll see if it can be added to the next one. It would sure be nice to have that feature.

When do you think this might happen today? At the end of the day? Maybe around midnight? Just want to know if I should not expect anything to happen today.
Also, keep getting the message that I don't have sufficient permissions and it tells me to report it to the Site Admin. Then go to the user help to post a comment and get the same message. Talk about a run around. I thought the government was bad, but some aspects of this site really take the cake.

"Patience Grasshopper", they just fixed the user name thing today, so... probably in the next few days I would think. I know, it's a real pain in the butt to have to scroll through all of the messages - kinda makes me not want to catch up reading the posts. Guess it's one step at a time.

hey, ruark! interesting thing happening...tried searching for you to add you to friends, you don't come up in the search; tried clicking on your username directly, says i'm not aloud i haven't forgotten you. i'm working on it!

I agree with this one. this is the only site I've ever been on that you have to scroll to the end to see the latest posts

Any word on when the thread might start opening with the newest posts first? They have made some progress, but still patiently waiting.

I really have no idea. I would like to think any day but I honestly will be surprised to see it in the immediate future. I have asked to see if they can add a last page button so we don't have to scroll through the pages to get to the end if it goes past 11 pages.
Personally, I'm just happy to be able to see all you by name!! lol

Or at least put the page listing at the TOP of the screen so you don't have to scroll through the first page just to go to the next page?
