  • There is a Burn Ban in Travis County.  There can be NO OPEN FLAMES!!   As of now, they are allowing grills in the camping areas but they ask that they be covered grills.  Do not leave grills unatteneded.  Opens pits are highly discouraged.  Everything is extremely dry and everyone needs to be aware of the fire danger at all times.  This information is subject to change should the county, city or Fire Marshall deem it necessary.
  • RVer's need to be sure and bring a 50' extension cord with a standard 30 amp plug for your RV hookup.
  • Please remember that Wednesdays Military Run is a PRE-rally event and unfortunately it may force you to choose between the run or pre-rally checkin.  No one will be allowed to check in early on Tuesday or before 10:00 am on Wednesday.
  • This wasn't on the list but figured it was a good time to restate that burnouts are not allowed!!

Austin Police Dept announced on this morning news that this is a "NO REFUSAL" weekend. Meaning if they stop you for "suspected" DWI, they will get a court order for an Alcohol Blood test if anyone refuses a Breathalyser test. Thanks to Austins California police chief for bringing Commiefornia thinking to Texas.
