I am wondering if a barrel of rain water would be more expensive than oil?????...

Might not be more expensive ... but it would be a lot more valuable. :)

..."more valuable'... i bet there are some people that are getting close to be willing to buy water by the 55 gal. drum for their yards

I'm dumping the water out of the holding tank in the Fun Finder on my yard in the morning.  Hummmm...I think the big RV's fresh water tank is full to.

i actually miss the arobic(sp.) septic system from my previous house...pay for the community water and use it on the grass....talk about green augustine grass

I was talking about the FRESH water holding tanks, lol.  Yes, I kinda miss the green grass over the septic lines at the house.

in those towns that have water restrictions...it is little hard work but alot of time consuming but....take a bath instead of shower and bucket the tub water to your flower beds, etc!
