Probobly can, but you may have to roam around some to find one.

 If it is only one tent, then it should not be a problem.  Groups are hard to get in after wednesday.  Most people are not afraid to have others close, just ask first, and join in the party.

To break it down

You can still get a tent spot but  you may have to work for a shady one as the Rally fills up.  But one tent should not be that hard to locate a good spot for.

We tent camped a couple years ago, and I went down on Wednesday and camped close-in to the buildings, so I'd be close to the main first aid location.  I was working for my pass that year, and didn't want to walk the whole grounds to go start my shift.

From the places we had to run our golf cart to get to people, I can promise you that there will be alot of people getting creative and putting tents in places that might otherwise seem odd.  Til you notice they are getting some mid-afternoon shade, or managed to get a spot that catches any breeze that comes through.  May not have been on the map as a tent camping area, but they took what they could get.

You will still have alot of options, but make sure you get a spot staked out and your tent up first thing when you arrive, you'll want some amount of light to make it easier if at all possible.
