Hey there. Can anybody let me know the cost of the Rubber Ducky showers? Thanks! Time is dragging on. Usually does just about this time of year.

Was wondering if they supply towels or not. Just trying to get an idea of what all I'll need to pack or not. TIA Jim.

They provide a hot shower with liquid body soap in a dispenser and a sink to brush teeth/shave at.   Towels and all other shower necessities are your responsibility.  They have good hot water and good strong water pressure.  I love Rubber Duckie!!  Its one of the best investments at ROT, imo. :)

lol Bootlegger.  Its hard not to be when you are dripping sweat and sprouting Grandma beads faster than flies landing on a cow patty!  It is so dry and dusty in Austin.

Takes lots of showers to maintain this silky smooth youthful appearance.  LOL!!!!!!

When I squeeze you, you make noise!

This is the best investment at ROT above all else. They are clean, hot and although there is a slight line at times you can usually get in pretty quick. And as Spirit said, it's unlimited HOT showers, ya can't beat that deal in the Texas heat.

This is worth the money, but I wish they were open late.  I would love to shower at night and not feel gross in the morning.  Then I could just get up and go.  Instead I have to wake up early to get in line for the Duck.

I usually go over around 10 am and 8 pm for showers then take a rinse in the RV before bedtime.  In our old camper it had an outdoor shower on the end so I could rinse outdoors.  The motor home has a shower right by the front door so to use it requires I get the carpet wet.  I don't like that idea any better than I like filling up by gray water tank so bedtime showers are get wet, rinse the dust and call it clean. lol

Yeah, no RV for me Spirit. I rough it...bike down about 7 hours with bags and tent strapped on. At least I have wet wipes though.

Bring a sauna shower (the black bags that hang in trees with a nozzle for showers) and I'll haul some water to your campsite for ya. : D  Us girls gotta stick together and take care of one another!

If it's as hot as it usually is just put a few jugs of water out, they'll be more than hot enough that evening. I'm usually looking for a cool shower in the evening to try and cool off a little. Pretty bad when your "cold" water isn't much cooler than the hot water. But hey, gotta do what we gotta do. That's why I like the duckys.

I'm a free cold shower kind of guy. Worked out great last year and that $20 that the rubber ducky costs gets moved over to more important things....like beer.

Yeah, that would be nice, but it's hard to complain about anything free. And honestly the cold showers feel good in the heat.

Plus, the entertainment factor... every time I saw some chick peeking in I shook my wiener at them and made a fire truck "woooo-woooo!" noise.  ....maybe I should stop taking beer to the shower....nah...
