WE will be arriving Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. to set up camp and post our group banner.   The "official start of the rally" is Thursday, 8 a.m.  We have always welcomed passer-bys, who have seen our banner and want to camp with us.

Neil, aha@srcaccess.net is me, HonuStar. The site wouldn't let me change it so I had to create a new profile. I will be at ROT with my husband and we will be in 1 tent, 2 bikes. I want to arrive Wednesday, but probably in the evening.

Mike and I will arrive Wednesday morning. 1 tent, 1 bike and LOTS of fun! :)

TitoFTW - So far it's just one tent and one bike FOR SURE. Trying to get a couple folks to come out with me though.  If not, I'll still be there!  I plan to be there Wed morning.

Hey Neil, thanx for lookin' out for me.  I really can't make a commitment this early.  My Dad (Lefty) moved to Memphis Tn. and it looks like he is selling the house in Marble Falls, so I'll be traveling the wrong direction throughout the year.  Good news is that the FUB will be staying in the area, so it may make a comeback in 2013.  I'll be checkin' in on the forums and keep y'all posted.

This could be the start of something totally new..... a midnight toast at a different site each night. I saw on another post that TexDeb is offering to set one up one night, now the SOB's.... hhhmmmm two more nights to go and we'll be set.

Hey, Ed, that might work...as long as we can hear the toast over the damn generators for the food trailers and flood lights....LOL.  Although, the droning of the machinery didn't bother me at all when I came back to crash at night....thanks, Jack Daniels, you're the greatest.  What are we gonna do, belly up to your cot instead of the bar in the FUB? HAHAHA. Hmmm....me thinks we need some parade route frontage real estate somewhere.

The other day I was telling the story of last year's ROT (my first) and riding to get beer, ice and the overstuffed containers of gas station chicken gizzards (within an hour of getting there and meeting people for the first time).  Then about me laying down the bike instead of clotheslining myself on a rope in the SOB area. Then about you having to go get my key fob out of my tent because I forgot the damn thing in my tent and my bike wouldn't crank.  ...and of course about being well on my way to hammered, and all of this within 3 friggin hours of getting there.  Good times!

Yep, it was either lay it down or get clotheslined off the bike. LOL. Not a scratch on it though.

If you don't pick on me, I'll think you're pissed at me.

Also, I'm currently planning to leave GA on Monday morning. That will put me in the Austin area around mid day Tues. I will obviously be looking to link up with some folks and find some fun to get into until we can get into ROT to set up camp Wed morning.

Yes come join us at the SOB It will be the time Of your life if you're reserved and laid-back you Won't be after The rally I will add you to list! can't wait to meet you I'm not very good with names I can't believe I'm doing the list but Mel used to do it! she's missing in action! Hicups did it last year and she did a very good job but I think they're out seeing the world I Think Yosemite or someplace like that. No not a bunch of swingers but anything goes at The rally so you have to keep an open mind.

Neil, I might not be able to make it this year. It is kind of iffy, so I do not want you to tie up a space and then I do not show.

If I make it there, I will look you up.

I can definitely tell that there are people missing, but it's shaping up to be a lot of fun! I can't wait to see what ROT has in store for us this year. Only 50 more days!! :)
