- There is an ATM in the registration area and several others throughout the vendor areas of the grounds. Check the map in the pocket guide you receive when you get your wristband for exact locations.
- You can find the beer and ice at the “Beer Barn” tent on the right as you are near Gate 3 exit. There you will find beer by the case, cigarettes, ice and such.
- Each year we get a box full of Driver’s Licenses, keys, cell phones, cash, credit cards, camera’s, etc. turned in. Please check the lost & found located in main registration area at the Will Call/Lost Ticket tables if you have lost something. After the rally use our contact us page to submit questions regarding what you’re looking for.
- Worship services will be conducted by the Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) in the South end of the Covered Vendor Mall at 9:00 am on Sunday.
- There are two full service air conditioned comfort stations located on the grounds. Please see the rally map for exact locations.
- Food booths set up at various locations throughout the rally grounds. The booths are staffed by GMC Catering of Austin, the exclusive vendor for Travis County at the Expo Center. All food offerings and pricing is set by GMC Catering and ROT has no control over the offerings or pricing. There are also food vendors in the Amphitheater and the Funky Food court. Please see the rally map for exact locations.
- Handicap parking is available on the west side of the registration barn. You must get your wristband before you enter the rally grounds to have access to the parking area. You must also have a state issued handicap placard in your windshield.
- Free wireless internet is available in The The Bud Zone located in the south end of the Covered Vendor Mall. There is also limited WIFI outside the Bud Zone.
- First aid and emergency medical services are located in the center of the Covered Vendor Mall. You may also locate an ROT staff member or one of the Sheriff’s officers who can radio for emergency services.
- ROT provides a free onsite tram service that runs from the auto parking lot around the internal parade route to the main stage and vendor areas. The tram operates between 10 am and 5 pm.
- Restrooms are located in all permanent open buildings on the rally grounds. There are also port-a-potties located throughout the grounds.
- Official merchandise is for sale in the registration area and the north end of the Covered Vendor Mall. Hours are from 1 pm – 8 pm Wednesday 8 am – 8 pm Thursday thru Saturday and 8:00 am – Noon on Sunday.
- Free (cold water only) showers are located in the center of the Covered Vendor Mall. An onsite vendor provides hot showers for a fee. See the rally guide for the exact location.
Visitor Checklist

- Bandana that you can wet down and put around your neck to help cool you down
